After a yoga class, you are invited to sit down with the group to gather and have a reflection moment. This will enhance the unification of opposite forces that create life and its natural cycles, as the Sun and the Moon, light and dark, masculine and feminine do.

You are called to open up your heart within this safe, feminine circle and through sharing and generating, accept and feel the love you have for yourself in sync with your sisters. As a further step to allow the completion of the metamorphosis of your New Version of the “I”, which such deep exercises of self development ignite.

Never Surfed? Curious to try Yoga? What better way to start the day than breathing in the light sea breese that the Ocean has to offer while practicing yoga, followed by a surf lesson, where you’ll get the opportunity to step out of your comfort zone??

We challenge you to dive inside yourself under the morning sun and later on dive in the Ocean, in a more literal sense. This is our way to help you on the first step into taking care of your mind, body and soul ‘s journey! All in one blissfull morning!
